Boy Mechanic - 1st brake job

We started the morning.... actually the family started the morning - I was still sleeping - with some breakfast, and then we went to do some yardwork at the church. In the afternoon, I changed out a worn strut mount on my Jetta ( no more creaks!), and changed out the front rotor and front pads.

Jordan wanted to come help, just before dinner. Here he is compressing the front passenger side caliper. He was pretty proud!


Jetta runs great, no more klunks in the front end. Brakes are smooth....
